Last updated June 2026. LifePace is built around slowing down — that includes being deliberate about the data we keep. Here is what we collect and why.
What we collect

- check_smallYour assessment answers and the scores we calculate from them, so we can build and re-show your report and track how your rhythm changes over time.
- check_smallPurchase records when you unlock a full report — the order, its status, and the answers it was generated from.
- check_smallA first-party “visitor” cookie that lets us keep your progress together before you create an account.
How we use it
- check_smallTo sign you in, generate your personalized report, and email it to you when you ask.
- check_smallTo compare your latest assessment against previous ones so we can show your progress.
- check_smallTo deliver and account for any report you purchase.
- check_smallWe do not sell your data, and we do not use your answers for advertising.
Where your data lives
- check_smallYour account, assessments, and orders are stored in our application database.
- check_smallThe checklist progress on your report is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers.
- check_smallWe use Resend to deliver sign-in and action-plan emails. Your email address is shared with them only to send those messages.
Cookies
- check_smallWe use a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a visitor cookie to link your guest activity to your account when you sign in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Your choices
- check_smallYou can sign out at any time from your account page.
- check_smallYou can retake the assessment whenever you like; each run is saved as a new snapshot.
- check_smallTo access or delete the data tied to your account, contact us and we will help.
